Beyond Milk and Honey: A Music Journey
Join musician Yael Front and a 3-person band for an exploration of the history of Israeli popular music since the founding of the State of Israel in 1948. From the Hora, through Eurovision contest winners, to contemporary pop chart hits, it will be an afternoon of song and celebration!

The Skirball Museum celebrates Israel’s 70th birthday with a wide-ranging exhibition of paintings, sculpture, silversmith work, and photography drawn from the museum’s core collections and from the B’nai B’rith
Klutznick National Jewish Museum Collection, now housed at the Skirball. The exhibition explores early pioneers of Israeli art including Boris Schatz, Ze’ev Raban, and Ephraim Moses Lilien, as well as modern and contemporary masters Reuven Rubin, Avigdor Stematsky, Joseph Zaritsky, Shraga Weil, and Moshe Kupferman.
