Interfaith Power and Light: Special Screening of Film: From The Ashes

We are excited to announce an opportunity to host an advance screening of the new documentary film, From the Ashes produced by RadicalMedia in partnership with Bloomberg Philanthropies

We invite everyone in the IPL network to participate in this great opportunity to host a screening between June 1st and 24th, in advance of the National Geographic global broadcast premiere on June 25th.

Sign up to organize a screening by clicking here.

Per our agreement with the producers, screening organizers must commit to

  • Hold the screening between June 1st and June 24th, 2017
  • Draw at least 20 viewers
  • Share a photo of the screening on social media.

By requesting From the Ashes, you will be agreeing to these stipulations. Doing so will help more people see the movie and help IPL provide more opportunities like this in the future.

There is no cost to screen the film. You will get everything you need, the DVD, materials to promote the event in your community, as well as a screening and education guide to help facilitate the discussion at your event.  Screenings do not need to be held in large scale theater settings - think house party, congregational setting, local library, or in a community center.

This is a great opportunity for your faith community to discuss positive actions towards a clean energy future. Now is the time when people are standing up and demanding we protect Creation and the health of the planet.

Thank you for taking action!
